I'm Tokunbo Osunbayo

From timid to trailblazer,  as the founder of Women Elevating Women (WEW), a transformative platform designed to give women a space to elevate each other to greater heights and achievements in a safe space environment.


I believe we all have a calling, something we've been put on earth to do and the distractions and barriers of life, tend to get in the way of us discovering all we are meant to be.


I have a deep desire to ensure all women who join the WEW community have the opportunity to discover themselves and find their place as an 'Elevator', these are women who have a deep desire to share their gift, talent or expertise to empower all women globally.


My journey has taken me from a loving foster home, through a turbulent childhood,  gaining an education, becoming a wife, mother of three, widow, entrepreneur and founder. 


My story spans continents, cultures, and courageous reinvention. I believe my voice is a balm for the weary, a spark for the dreamer, and a blueprint for the woman who knows she’s meant for more.

With a unique blend of warmth, power, and spiritual wisdom, I activate rooms and transforms hearts, reminding every woman:

My whole life has been about mentoring others, from as long as I can remember I've had the mentor spirit in me. I've always shown others the way to be more than they are to dig deep within and release who they were meant to be and what they are meant to do in the world. I've created space for many to elevate and be elevated.

My areas of expertise span the following:

  • Mentoring: A transformative space for visionary women ready to turn purpose into profit. Yet to discover your gift, talent or natural ability. It's time to connect you with your calling. Yes, your life purpose is where you find your peace, joy and happiness. This is mentoring with heart, strategy, and soul. It's time to birth your dreams and leave a legacy for generations to come. 
  • Event Host: Hosting events is in my bones. My WEW yearly events is a testament of my passion to create a space for women to truly be themselves and share in a safe space where you are seen and heard. My experiences are filled with laughter, learning, and sisterhood, blending deep transformation with joy, dance, and connection. Every event leaves women lighter, bolder, and more aligned with who they’re meant to be.
  • Training: As a trainer, I help bring clarity, structure, and soul. It's my desire to help women turn their ideas into income-generating offers by helping women create products and services. My training comes from experience and the aim is to help women create peace of mind, a sense of direction and money in the bank. 
  • Content Creation: Those who know me well, can share first hand that I love to create things. From digital products to courses, downloads to videos, every piece is crafted to help and elevate others. My content speaks to the soul, sparks action, and makes business, purpose, and growth feel accessible for women who desire more out of life.
  • Speaker: As a speaker, my sessions are warm and welcoming. My experiences through the years are shared openly with the aim to bring transformation and self belief that anyone can make something of their lives with some inspiration, motivation and the right learning. Every talk is a call to rise and be elevated to greater heights possible.
